An opportunity has arisen for a Booking Coordinator to join the Cardiology team, at Ealing Hospital within the Medicine Directorate at the Trust. 

Applicants must have an educational standard to GCSE level or equivalent with keyboard skills and a good understanding of data protection and confidentiality.

They should be confident working in a busy department and be able to prioritise and organise their work and have the ability to multitask and work to deadlines under pressure.

The successful applicant will provide administration support to the Cardiology Team, which will involve preparing clinics, making appointments and filing amongst other duties.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
