London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust welcomes applications from people who wish to work part time or flexibly.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Sikh Chaplain to join our team. We work across the London North West Healthcare NHS Trust. You will be based at Ealing Hospital but may be asked to cover the other areas of the Trust.

You will join a multi-faith team (currently comprising a Lead Chaplain, Roman Catholic Chaplain and sessional Chaplains who are Muslim and Hindu plus around 25 volunteers) to provide religious, spiritual and pastoral care to patients, visitors and staff. We are looking for people who are eager to work in a multi-faith context in the setting of a large hospital Trust with acute and community sites.

You will have accreditation / licensing with authority to practice as a Faith Leader within the Sikh community. You will have substantial pastoral experience.

This is a part time post, Band 6 of 3.5 hours per week.

Previous experience of chaplaincy or healthcare is desirable.

The postholder will report to the Lead Chaplain, Rev. Dave Byrne, and will be part of a friendly supportive department.
