We have an opportunity for a professional at Northwick Park Hospital to join the Human Resources team as Resourcing Lead.

You will be a proactive recruitment specialist capable of working independently, to effectively network, develop, implement and manage successful recruitment strategies, policies and processes to deliver recruitment requirements for the Trust.

Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Hiring Managers and Recruitment Advisors on all areas of recruitment including advertising campaigns, use of social media and on line platforms and tools, managing candidates and the recruitment processes to build quality candidate pipelines.

The Resourcing Lead will be expected deliver agreed recruitment projects as required either individually or through working with the wider Recruitment and HR teams. Recruitment will include all healthcare staff groups but may focus on specialist areas as required.
