An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to join the Improvement Team at London North West Healthcare NHS Trust based at Northwick Park Hospital.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of 18 week pathways, be an excellent communicator, have experience of reporting information and have excellent computer skills. The role will involve tracking and coordinating patient 18 week pathways, collating information, coordinating diagnostics and appointments to achieve deadlines and understanding relevant targets.
