Our Maternity unit has 5,000 births approximately yearly. The unit includes: labour ward, midwifery led unit and obstetric led ward. Postnatal inpatient women are located on the obstetric led ward and some on the midwifery led unit. Postnatal ward is a dedicated obstetric ward providing care for high risk postnatal and antenatal.
We are looking for Band 5 Staff Nurses to join us in providing a high standard of nursing care and who wish to develop their nursing skills in an obstetric environment and caring for mothers and babies.
We want to hear from you if you are:
1. Registered Nurse
2. Have basic nursing care of post-operative recovery patients.
3. Have Post qualification experience in acute setting
4. Have experience of working in a team.
5. Understands the principles of confidentiality.
6. Knowledge and understanding of the principles of equal opportunities.

Working as a Nurse in a maternity postnatal ward , busy hospital is certainly challenging but you will find it rewarding.
