Have a real impact. We don’t want our Head of Workforce Information to just produce data and reports, we want them to deliver a service that proactively support the Trusts People Strategy and wider workforce transformation across LNWUH NHS Trust using data to identify trends, shortfalls and business risks communicating this to colleagues within the organisation.
As the Head of Workforce Information, you will have the opportunity to shape the function and will be pivotal in how the team aligns and interfaces with the Business Intelligence and Informatics team.
The post holder will lead a team providing complete, accurate and timely Business Intelligence to support performance, research and education. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, the post holder will be responsible for strategically planning and developing ESR/QlikView data marts, maximising the potential of the available information. This will involve leading the development and provision of reporting tools and dashboards, supporting clinicians and senior management with increased visualisation and improved accessibility of data.
