We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy Medical Staffing Team.  You will be provide a comprehensive recruitment advisory and transactional administrative service to client directorates for medical positions, ensuring that recruitment is undertaken in a timely and professional way having regard for cost, quality and Trust policy, raising the people talent stock and working closely with directorate line managers to deliver their workforce recruitment needs.

You will have a good working and practical knowledge of range of recruitment approaches and their appropriateness for specific needs and an understanding of Medical and Dental terms and conditions.  You will also be a team player who has excellent customer service skills.
