An opportunity has arisen to join our team within the Medical Staffing department. You will support the Medical HR team to provide a comprehensive recruitment advisory and transactional administrative service to client directorates for medical positions, ensuring that recruitment is undertaken in a timely and professional way having regard for cost, quality and Trust policy, raising the people talent stock and working closely with directorate line managers to deliver their workforce recruitment needs.
You will have an interest in recruitment and HR and be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn. You will have excellent customer service skills and a commitment to team working.
One post to be based at Ealing Hospital and one post to be based at Northwick Park Hospital.
