The Short Term Assessment, Rehabilitation and Reablement Service (STARRS) are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Specialist Nurses, Therapist, Occupational therapist, for their newly commissioned Integrated care team.

Who will bring new ideas and share their excellent working practice within this busy, friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team.

This is a newly comissioned service looking after patients identified as high risk of admission to hospital or readmission, providing high level clinical care led by Elderly care consultant in patients own home.

This will include working closely with GPs, WSIC, social care and community teams.

We will offer you support and training to develop your role within the team as well as the benefits and advantages of working within the NHS.

We are looking for a Therapy Technician who has a passion for patient care, who wants to develop their skills and push themselves outside the normal boundaries. Excellent communication skills are essential.
