London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust welcomes applications from people who wish to work part time or flexibly.

Working as a part of the Digital Services Directorate, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Joint Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Digital Services Senior Management Team.

The CIO leads the Digital Services Departments at both London North West Healthcare NHS Trust and Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Some travel between the hospital sites may be required as part of normal working duties.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual. The successful candidate will have a high level of admin/PA experience, be proactive, helpful and confident with experience supporting Directors and Senior Managers, ideally within a Technology function. We encourage individuals with an interest in digital technology and data. The role will require the successful candidate to work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clinicians and senior managers.

This is a period of exciting change for the Digital Services Department at both London North West Healthcare NHS Trust and Hillingdon Hospitals and as such we require an organised, calm and persistent individual to support the CIO and Senior Team in delivering the Digital Strategy.

The role will require organising meetings, agendas, taking comprehensive minutes and monitoring progress on actions. You will be expected to compile IT presentations and collate meeting information both internally and external to the Trust.
