A Legal Services Manager is required to ensure the efficient and effective management of clinical negligence claims and inquest activity. The postholder will act as the subject matter expert on the management of both and will prepare and present reports on clinical negligence claims and inquests. This role will work closely with the clinical divisions to identify any lessons to be learnt from clinical negligence claims and inquests. The postholder will provide general legal advice as and when required so a Law degree or equivalent and evidence of continuing professional development in these areas are essential qualifications for the role.
