Are you experienced in managing risk, patient experience and complaints?
Do you have a good working knowledge of working within the governance framework and the ability to apply this to practice, working autonomously at times to liaise with MDT and produce reports within clearly defined timelines?
We are seeking a team player, who is organised, self driven and has the ability to motivate and influence others to achieve.
As a band 5 working within the integrated governance team you will be working along side a dedicated team of clinical and none clinical staff providing coordination and support with incident reporting and clinical investigations.
Confidentiality and empathy are key strengths for this role as is the ability to communicate professionally on all levels to support effective resolution of concerns.
